|Recommended: YesI love living here. It's pretty awesome! — I would say it's wonderful. Everyone is super nice and friendly, the office staff are happy, helpful folk, and the maintenance dudes are really nice, punctual and great at their jobs! The place as a whole is clean and well-maintained. It is a super kid- and dog-friendly place, which is really important to me. I dig it here!

|Recommended: YesWonderful property - staff is very helpful especially during difficult circumstances — It's peaceful, beautiful, and we have very nice neighbors. Workout center is really nice along with the BBQ pit at poolside. Apartments are very well proportioned and give ample living space.
Only suggestion telephone needs to be added in the computer room for people relocating to NC who may need to make local phone calls.
|Recommended: YesNot just a place to live, but a good home. — There is easy access to all facilities and amenities, which are always clean. Every neighbor that we've met is friendly and courteous. Absolutely great for any dog-owner, but minimal or no noise. Very close proximity to 540, Wakefield, and lots of shopping. I can't think of anything that would make my experiences living here any more positive.
|Recommended: YesI like living here — The interior of the apartments is great. Everything is new, upgraded. It's nice and quiet. Convenient to walk to stores, Starbucks, go for walks and it's close to 540. The office people is nice, maintenance guys are cool. Can't wait to use the pool and get some tan:) What more could you want?

I have had the exterminators come out once already, but we still have cockroaches (big) and stink bugs at times. — It's great, the location is awesome and the facility staff (everyone) is great to work with.

I was very pleased with the property manager Beatrice who did her best to handle all my requests and any other things I needed when lived there. — I lived in these apartments about a year and a half back in 2010. A quiet place with nice people. I was especially very pleased with the property manager- Beatrice. Excellent manager. Professional that handled all my needs in a very short time. her service was amayzing and outstanding :)

|Recommended: YesLove it so far. — I just moved in a week ago with my boyfriend and so far we are loving it. It is very quiet, great staff, and the grounds are kept very well manicured. My only complaint is that there were so many things that needed to be fixed in the apt after we had moved in, both mechanical and non-mechanical. However, the staff has been quick to fix the items as fast as we email them.
