Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAmazing community Jenna and Sarah in the office are amazing and always extremely helpful. This community is run very well and my wife and myself are happy to be a part of it. Brandon and Brian are an awesome maintenance team. Very fast and efficient. If there is an issue you don’t have to wait long at all to have it repaired. We signed our second lease here and can see us living here for a long time. Property is very clean and quiet. Perfect location
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've lived at Muirfield for three months now and still love it as much as I did on day one. The amenities are fantastic and I've only been able to use some of them . Looking forward to the summer when we can use the pool and barbeques. For now, we've enjoyed the dog park which is bigger than most , the playground, the gym, and the business center.
I'm hoping they don't raise the rent at my one-year point as I'd like to stay I'll update as time goes by

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI selected this complex based on my commute to work. Then one day I drove through the and around the parking lot just to observe the area. Then I applied for my apartment, it was in the middle of the pandemic and I wasn't able to actually see my apartment but I stepped out on faith with my observations and location and being just a walk away from the grocery store and applied. Three years later I have not looked back. I love my apartment, the sunshine, my view and the quietness between each unit. I am happy with the choice that I made .

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOur heat broke on one of the coldest days maybe 35 degrees. Put the work order in around 11am and it was all fixed by 2pm. They are quick and never have to worry about something not getting taken care of Thank You Brandon Brian for all you do

We LOVE the amenities here biggest dog park I've seen in this area and the pool is enough for adults to enjoy but safer for the children than most pools . We also LOVE that you can walk across the road and be at a shopping center with everything you need.
It's so quiet that I actually need my sound machine to create noise so I can sleep LOL At my last rental, I needed my sound machine to drown out all of the noise so I could sleep
The layout is light and airy, very cozy feeling, and my neighbors are great. The gym is enough to get a full body workout, whether you're male or female, but not overwhelming, which I love.
I HIGHLY recommend Muirfield to anyone needing a rental.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAt 11 A M. When it is light outside the lights r on outside my door. However at dark time in the evening the lights outside my door are off. So i can't see the keyhole in m. Cy apartment.
