Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community is very quiet. Everyone in my area respects one another and they are very nice. When I first move in the apartment was very clean and when every I have called maintenance they are right there with hardly no wait to time fix the problem.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living here for almost 9 years now and I am still talking about how much I love my one bedroom apartment. It is so spacious and comfortable. Love the pool in the summertime and it’s great to have a gym, computer and laundry rooms available for use. I love stopping in and chatting with the office staff and the maintenance guys always give me the time to say hello and chat while cleaning up the grounds of the property. I highly recommend Muirfield if you are looking for a wonderful place to live as your new home.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCommunity is very mixed. There are events to keep the community connected. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. Playground needs an upgrade and owners of Pets let them run loose at times and poop not picked up. Overall, it is has been good.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAmazing community Jenna and Sarah in the office are amazing and always extremely helpful. This community is run very well and my wife and myself are happy to be a part of it. Brandon and Brian are an awesome maintenance team. Very fast and efficient. If there is an issue you don’t have to wait long at all to have it repaired. We signed our second lease here and can see us living here for a long time. Property is very clean and quiet. Perfect location

The amenities are fantastic and I've only been able to use some of them . Looking forward to the summer when we can use the pool and barbeques. For now, we've enjoyed the dog park which is bigger than most , the playground, the gym, and the business center.
I'm hoping they don't raise the rent at my one-year point as I'd like to stay I'll update as time goes by

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI selected this complex based on my commute to work. Then one day I drove through the and around the parking lot just to observe the area. Then I applied for my apartment, it was in the middle of the pandemic and I wasn't able to actually see my apartment but I stepped out on faith with my observations and location and being just a walk away from the grocery store and applied. Three years later I have not looked back. I love my apartment, the sunshine, my view and the quietness between each unit. I am happy with the choice that I made .

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOur heat broke on one of the coldest days maybe 35 degrees. Put the work order in around 11am and it was all fixed by 2pm. They are quick and never have to worry about something not getting taken care of Thank You Brandon Brian for all you do
