|Recommended: YesPersonal Review — This property is nice and well kept. The apartments themselves have nice layouts. There are rooms for improvement in the areas of structure. In some areas of the apartment units, you can tell how old the building is. All in all, I enjoy the community.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I've lived here for two years and just renewed for a third , and I have had a very positive experience overall. The grounds are well kept year-round, and management makes a consistent effort to ensure tenants play their part in upkeep. The apartments are very spacious and well kept, and renovations and maintenance are performed as needed in a timely manner. Maintenance always comes by quickly and are highly professional, and management is very responsive and transparent. Wonderful experience overall

|Recommended: YesI'm totally in Love with this place I have been living here for almost 5 years, I lived a year before here as well in one bedroom, I love the community, people, easy to walk to grocery store, maintenance people are v helpful and jene the property manger is v friendly. They take care of things right away. I love this beautiful trees and scenery here.

|Recommended: YesNice apartment, convenient location — The apartment seems to be well insulated. I do not ever hear my neighbors which is nice and I live in a middle apartment. The grounds tend to have a lot of little trash around that could be picked up. I tend to pick it up myself because this is where I live and I think it should be neat. All in all, a very nice place to live. Happy

|Recommended: YesIts fine clean neat good location — That it is nice plenty of parking in a good location that maintenance is good, but no washer and dryers in apartments and you can hear neighbors through the walls, not real expensive good place the start off at when you first move to the Raleigh area...
